Yes.After you completed ACCA you can enroll Professional Gate away exam which will give you 11 exemptions and then you can do professional level papers. Of course much of the material will overlap so the benefits are questionable. You have ACCA’s teaching CIMA (e.g OT).and CIMA’s teaching ACCA (e.g.Astranti).

You can do P5 and P4 and then do Msc with subjects Global issues and Financial Project. If you want to ne well rounded rather do MBA which is let say triple accredited.

In my opinion the quickest way is to apply for membership via acca website and I submitted the application in the morning and received invitation for membership in the afternoon.

In the invitation email you will receive the date when committee meeting will be held and some 12 days after invitation email myacca details were transferred from affiliate to membership status so the screen will change when you enter your profile.

    I was impatient myself.

To be honest I saw news article in January about new initiative, but the link from above is something new for me. If you get any additional information please post.

It’s not useful as one should expect it to be. I would not buy any books except Bpp study text , follow OT lectures and student accountant’s articles.

take your standard normal distribution table and work backward
    5%=0.5-0.05=0.45
from tables you get 1.645 for the value of 0.45
    i hope it helps you.
