June 15, 2021 at 5:58 pm #625355For me on subsidiary, i mentioned factors like not being able to make remittances, if coalition govt breaks down, govt changes the details of the contract, while for Joint ventures gave factors like being able to make remittances, avoid nationalization.

Mine was Q1 Lahla unbundling using p/e ratio, fcff. Cash offer and shares for shares, Gain or loss to acquirer and acquiree
Q2 APV – FCFF already provided and investment was $120m – (20m from sale of existing assets, 50m subsidized loan, 30 rights issue etc)
