Got the same set.. but I believe in the forex question.. they had mentioned not to provide any recommendation on which is the better option right.. since the management has already chosen options.. instead we were asked to comment on the suggestion made by the director

Did you have an idea on what was asked from us for the dynamic risk, since even I answered the question around the same way, assessing the impact and the likelihood of the risk based on certain assumptions, but couldn’t frame a a proper response since there were no % of them occuring given.
For the AI question, given that it was successful for the military, I had taken it in a viewpoint that since the investment can comparatively reduce the training cost on the new pilots and also the payback period in months were less as compared to what Corjetz was attaining at the present. Went with those assumptions.
Did you get to assess the investment according to the SAF model?

The AI method according to me seemed to be cost beneficial. Plus Corjetz have been in the industry for two decades, it looked like it was much needed. Could you share your viewpoint on the same.

For those who got a negative npv,I’m talking about a question where we had maintenence cost and admistration cost, followed by a capital rationing question.

Had sec c question on calculating npv, though i have a doubt in the administration cost, it was given central cost apportioned to the project. Do we take that?
    Soft and hard capital rationing
Debt and equity finance and find the respective ratios.
Then a directors suggestion and response to that question

    Thank you for the clarification.
I had one more doubt in the TERP calculation.
    the question is,
A company currently has 10 m $! shares in issue with a market value of $3 per share. The company wishes to raise new funds using a 1 for 4 rights issue. The resulting theoretical ex- rights price per share has been calculated as $2.8. How much new finance was raised?

    wont a be 70( 50=a-(0.0025*8000) which gives 50= a- 20, a= 70) substituting that in mr= a- 2bq
    70-(2*0.0025*6000) = 70-30= 40
    therefore mr =40
