    To amstel,

I also got the same mark as you when first sat the exam but doing the questions using ACCA technical articles really helped me to pass this time! These are exam style questions.

    https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/student/exam-support-resources/fundamentals-exams-study-resources/f6/technical-articles.html

You can do it too 🙂

after 5th attempt, finally passed with 58%. Previous exam I sat in Sep was off by 2 marks.

    watch the revision videos on

    watch ACCA AA debrief videos

do exam questions provided by ACCA but give yourself time limit, very helpful!

Already emailed them on Saturday, they asked me to provide more info about the error etc. so I sent them with tons of info.

Today got another email saying that I should provide them with screenshot as well. Logged on 5 mins ago to capture error screen but it seems to be working now 🙂

    Hi,

I would say LW will be a good place to start Applied Skills because it is easier to prepare for compared to remaining 5 modules in the unit.

I also heard it is better to complete FR before AA exam, some people even choose to sit both exams together. Between PM, FM, and TX, it is your choice.

Personally, I started off in the order of:
LW (pass) -> PM (pass) -> FM (pending) -> TX (ongoing) -> FR (upcoming) -> AA (upcoming).
The reason for my choice above is because LW is the easy one, PM is the one I personally hate (experience from MA module) so got it out of the way asap. FM was enjoyable and the remaining modules seemed interesting (having enjoyed FA module) so something to look forward to, keeps me going!

On the other hand, the choice may depends on the field you work in as well. Might be better to complete modules that closely connects to your job or future job of interest.

    All the best.

Hi, I am just leaving a message as mental support.

I also just started studying Taxation for March sitting and aim to complete 4 chapters on a weekly basis.

Started reading Chapter 2 on Tuesday and finally finished it today. It is definitely a long chapter but worth reading and understanding.

As the tutor kindly mentioned above, work thoroughly and practice questions at the end of each chapter. It helps to make sure you understand the topics before moving on 🙂
