Hi there. I’d just give it a brief explanation within 1-2 sentences. Nothing too long and fancy as P3 is more of an application paper, more marks are awarded for linking the model to the scenario. However if you are short on time, I would just skip this. All the best.

A project initiation document(PID), is a document that is prepared prior to implementation of the project. It contains:
    -The Business justification/case
-The roles and responsibilities of members
    -the risks of the projects
    -the constraints of the project(scope,time,cost)
    -the resources needed

Whereas the business case is in the PID, it states the purpose of the project. However it is important to distinguish the business objective and project objective, whereby what is trying to be achieved by the project isn’t necessarily what is the business objective

Guys I think for Q5 to calculate the cost of equity, the equity risk premium has already been multiplied by the beta value there for it is called Equity risk premium, we only need to multiply the beta value if they had given ‘risk premium’ instead.

You should use fishers equation , known as (1+nominal rate)=(1+ real rate)x(1+inflation rate)
In this case just put in the numbers (1+ i)=(1+0.08)(1+0.05) you should be able to get i =0.134 which is 13.4%
