Think about contribution to CVP approach. Very common.

40 and 35 This is not u (units), this is contribution pu. So you divide fix cost into contribution up and learn how much units is BEP. To find 35 puyou review you contributing (you change staff cost from fix to variable) by subtracting additional 200/40=5 out

Why didnt Q3? I did Q3 this was easy, it was very common with F8 the waste in MIS. Also comment on KPIs for 5S measures and lean principles. Q2, Q4 and part 1,2, and NEDs of Q1 was disaster:)

Q1 i) was on revised budgeting for q1 by using incremental budegeting (6 m)

Overall was not expecting budegeting and others questions was lengthy and very time consuming. Very disappointed with the paper setting

I got ROCE 12% for year 1 and 22% for year, so wrote it would be rejected even since 2 years seems very good.
