I will try to re-book first, there was a “rebook” button beside my exam but I’m unable to select new dates, will try again tomorrow. I spent over 30 minutes today on the phone but never got to speak with the advisor.
I had similar issue with my FM exam today, couldn’t get pass the same stage in the app, wasn’t able to chat with anybody though and didn’t get into exam. I’m not able to rebook at the moment. I’m not going to pay another exam fee, this has to be resolved, not our fault we couldn’t sit the exam!
