    My exam was on the same points – found the EVA calc hard but hopefully picked up some marks for workings. Used operating profit and deducted tax charge along with adding back advertising and provisions.

    The police force was on KPIs after ZB and if they are relevant or not. Found that one ok’ish

    How did you find the exam?

    I found the paper ok – I didn’t really use any models at all as I don’t think there was any obvious ones to use.
    Struggled to find a number of drawbacks for investing in technology.
    The job description and analysis of the credit control dept was pretty straightforward I found

    Thought it was tough especially section C with the ratios and analysis of performance. Not enough time to write 11 marks worth of info. Made a small mistake in the balance sheet where I didn’t deduct dividends paid from retained earnings and put it in current assets…. Frustrating!!
