    Ok i find the topics as not that much easy but also not that much difficult.And MA was exempted paper for me.Now can u please suggest how many hours should i learn??and also can you suggest efficient study methods as am studying but my portions are not moving as i dont know how to study efficiently..So can you please please suggest some efficient study methods.

    The standard labour rate should be the expected rate/hour, but allowing for standard levels
    of idle time. For example, if the work force is paid $9 per hour but idle time of 10% is
    expected, the standard labour rate will be $10 per hour ,not $9

    And this is the answer

    My doubt is that why they take $10?
