@trephena- my companies have different currencies so I had converted the comparator financial statement using a fixed rate for the 3 years. the marker had said it was a fatal flaw and failed me on 4 different categories for the same reason.

I dont know if it will affect your nexg submission. I submitted my appeal the day before yesterday and got confirmation yesterday that it was successful. My status report was updated immediately. As said above by learningluminarium, you need to send an email to accab@brookes.ac.uk. detailing the reason for failure and why you disagree with it. It will then be passed to a chief moderator that will make the decision. If you thinking of submitting it, you will have to do so as soon as possible.
