Hi @kim

I just got an email today from ACCA that i am still under investigation for ACCA DEC exam. But o got an email on 11 FEB 2021 that i was cleared of investigation and i even gave Mar 2021 exams. As students who were under ivestigation were not allowed to give exams in Mar 2021. Kindy help me in this matter. I am stressed due to this email .Please find below both emails

We last wrote to you in February regarding the investigation which was triggered because we identified potential irregularities in the results of some of the December session examinations which possibly meant a breach of ACCA exam regulations.

Although we have not yet reached a final conclusion on your case, I would like to re-assure you that we are doing everything we can to progress with these investigations as quickly as possible.

We appreciate the uncertainty which you are currently experiencing and we would like you to be able to continue with your ACCA journey as soon as possible.

I am pleased to inform you that the findings show no irregularities or breaches of ACCA exam regulations in your sitting.

As a result, your December exam results will be uploaded to your myACCA account within the next 2 working days.

If you would like to sit an examination in March, please email us as exams.contingency@accaglobal.com with your choice of exam, variant if applicable and centre location. Subject to capacity, we will process your entry at the standard exam entry fee and you can make payment online once you have received the confirmation email from us.

We understand that this has been a stressful time for you, but please be reassured that our investigation was a very necessary process to ensure the rigour and integrity of your exam results.

Please accept our apologies for any disruption to your studies and thank you for your co-operation, patience and understanding while we conducted this review.

Dear Talha,

Yes my section C was about rolling budgets and roi. No invigilator did not point me out for any such stuff . There was a delay when i was opening my exam due to technical difficulties. But i don’t think this counts as misconduct . I am also so worried right now. I hope everything will be alright .

To be eligible for OXFORD BROKES BSC , i gave ielts. I got overall band of 6.5. With 7.5 iistening , 6.5 in speaking, 6.5 in reading and 5.5 in writing. Do i meet the required english language requirements ?
